Tasty Meatless Meals


  If you are planning to add at least  one meatless meal into you weekly menu, I've compiled TASTY MEATLESS MEALS that are tried and approved by two young kiddos and a meat eating husband.
Having meatless meals once or twice a week can  stretch your food budget a little further .

Aside from that, meatless meals adds vegetable and legume intake into our bodies which is really good thing. These round up of delicious meals have simple ingredients and yet very tasty.

  9. Black Bean Cakes
  10. Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas 
  11. Kale Salad with Strawberry and Avocado 
  12. Lentil Sloppy Joes
  13. Sumac Carrot Salad with Olives
  14. Kale Stew
  15. Slow Cooker Eggplant Parmesan
  16. Vegetable Soup with Barley and Leeks
  17. Pan Fried Bean and Cheese Burrito
  18. Black Bean Soup
  19. Butternut Squash Noodle Soup with Tofu
  20. Spinach Balls
