50 Meatless Recipes

    There have been discussions online about meat shortages. My first reaction was..."now there's the cue for people to panic buy meats". We need to be careful when we read any articles online. We need to consider the source, their source, and not only how it will affect you when we overreact but also how our behavior can affect others. That is how the shortages (in the stores) for toilet paper happened. we acted based on fears and our perception of what we will need during a crisis.

    On a brighter note, if you worry about meat shortages or have contemplated if meatless meals are even a possibility; this post is for you. I have coordinated with several talented bloggers and compiled 50 meatless recipes. Each recipe directs to their website!
