It's the season for crockpots! Just kidding, I think it is always crockpot season for busy seasons of life. I love watching "Crocktober" videos on Youtube where vloggers share their different crockpot recipes. If you know me easy and frugal is right up my alley. I have been using my crockpot 2-3 times a week lately. Between softball practice, art class, school activities, and just doing life...my crockpot has saved me from the stress of thinking about what to feed my family and saved us lots of money.
This crockpot recipe is really easy to make. A literal dump-and-go recipe. I used a package of mixed veggies. However, you can use any vegetables you want or you can skip them too. Add your favorite pasta sauce and any kind of shredded cheese. For this recipe, I used shredded mozzarella cheese. While you are here you can also check out some of my Instant Pot recipes like Instant Pot Chicken Chili, Instant Pot Broccoli and Turkey, Instant Pot Yogurt, and Instant Pot Fried Rice.
