Ingredients:
4 leg quarters
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1/3 cup powdered onion
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Whisk the Greek yogurt, powdered onion, salt, pepper, and curry powder in a bowl.
Whisk until well combined.
Spread the marinade into your leg quarters. Be generous, spread into the creases too.
Refrigerate for 4 hrs.
Broil or grill until cook through.
Simple, easy, and tasty! Serve with brown rice or orzo pasta.
