Mango and Strawberry Popsicles - A Bountiful Love

Mango and Strawberry Popsicles

I made these homemade Mango and strawberry popsicles together with the Mango Coconut Cream Popsicles. I was on a homemade popsicle "mass produce" kinda attitude. Yes, I did not share the recipe right away and no I wasn't holding back sweet treats from my sweet readers. I just don't want to overload you with mini healthy and delicious treats. Here's another easy and  just simply the best Mango and Strawberry Popsicle

Ingredients:

2 1/2 - 3 cups diced fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2  - 1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp sugar or honey
2 1/2 cups diced mango
1/2 cup pineapple juice

Directions:

Start by making your mango puree, using a food processor or just a blender, blend the mango, and the pineapple juice.

Blend until it is thick and creamy.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for about 10 to 15 minutes. Until it is somewhat frozen for your next layer.

Meanwhile, make the strawberry puree by blending almond milk, sugar (or honey), and strawberries.

How pretty!

Blend until smooth or pulse if you prefer some texture with your popsicles.

After about 10-15 minutes, Take your somewhat frozen mango out of the freezer and pour the strawberry puree layer. Freeze the pops for about 10-15 minutes again and repeat the process.  Freeze until completely frozen.

Did I tell you that it is just so good and refreshing?

love the colors too!
