This pineapple and avocado salsa recipe is full of flavors. Perfect with tortilla chips or add on top of grilled brats.
I made a big batch of the salsa so there is plenty for other recipes too! Trust me, it is perfect and delicious with grilled brats.

Ingredients:
2-3 cups of chopped tomatoes.
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1-2 cups chopped fresh pineapple or canned crushed pineapple.
1 cup chopped avocado
2-3 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
optional: jalapeno
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour to let all the ingredients blend in.
