 Ingredients:

3 large chicken breasts, cut into desired size/pieces

3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 English cucumber, diced into small pieces

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup fresh chopped dill (I used dried dill weed)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Greek seasoning: 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp basil, 2 tsp powdered onion, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried dill weed, 1 tsp dried marjoram, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg.

Directions:

Make your Greek seasoning and toss it on the chicken breast pieces. Marinate for at least an hour.

Heat the pan or cast iron with olive oil and cook the marinated chicken. Cook until tender or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Serve your Greek chicken with Greek Rice. Top with olives and cucumbers with tzatziki sauce.

To make your tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt, diced English cucumber, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/4 cup fresh or dried dill, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl.
