If you had been following me for a while, you know how much I love encouraging people to pray. Even when things are good, even when things doesn't seem like our prayers are being answered. The movie has several themes that you can discussed with your family such as staying faithful, power of prayer, God’s sovereignty and His power to perform miracles, charity for others and your community, and lastly hope in times of distress. There are a lot good family discussion. While I don't think this may seem suitable for children under 12, you can still discuss trusting God in whatever situation we are in.

Bible Verses to Reflect on:
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. - 2 Timothy
4:7 (NIV)
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off
everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with
perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame,
and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. - Hebrews 12:1-2 (NIV)
I can do all this through him who gives me strength. - Philippians 4:13 (NIV)
