Clean Eating Turkey Stir Fry

Here's a very simple, quick, and healthy stir fry recipe. It is clean eating, so you can also use the recipe for a 21day fix. Just use your allowed corresponding number of containers to measure the red protein (turkey) and green (vegetables) or measure with 1cup and 1/4 cup after cooking.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey
1 cup sliced red bell peppers
1/2 onion
4 cups diced veggies - I used zucchini. broccoli, celery, and carrots

21 day fix all-purpose seasoning - SEE HERE.

for 21-day fix measurements: 1 lb ground turkey, 1 green container of bell pepper and onions, 4 green containers of diced veggies.

Directions:

Brown ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain and set aside.

For a 21 day fix, use the RED container to measure the protein (turkey). Put it back into the pan.

Add the red bell pepper and onions, saute until tender.

Add the rest of the veggies and stir-fry until cooked. Use the 21 Day fix all-purpose seasoning. Add water ( by tbsp) if your work turns really dry.
