Creamy Fudgesicle

 This is an easy, delicious, and healthier homemade fudgesicle. There's a couple of variations provided for this recipe so feel free to experiment! I've tried all the variation and our favorite is the 3rd one.






Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup low fat almond milk
3 tbsp sugar or honey
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Directions:

Just add all of your ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.


Freeze and enjoy!


Variation 2
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 ripe bananas
1/4 tsp salt
1/2tsp vanilla extract
optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter

Variation 3

1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 4 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder

 

Easy right? I have tried these 3 variations and I honestly love the 3rd Variation.  That's what's awesome with homemade popsicles, you can always tweak them to your liking.
