I have seen a few reels on Instagram and YouTube videos of content creators sharing their monthly empties. It is basically empty packages and containers of the items they have bought and used. It is usually on the category of self-care or beauty items. They share what they think of the items if it was good purchase and whether they will buy the product again. I love that it is also promoting using the products until it is empty. Thus, promoting frugal living, using the products up to the last drop.
I thought I share my own monthly empties since I am a proponent of frugal living. Frugal living that makes sense to your own family and your values.
This is not a professional or medical advice. Please consult your doctor or do your own research
before trying any of the products. These are products that I personally use and not a sponsored post. However, I from time to time I will share my Amazon affiliate link. I get a small (really tiny) commission when you purchase through my links. The good news is that this will not affect your cost. So, I thank you in advance.
