How to Make Ginger Turmeric Shots - A Bountiful Love

How to Make Ginger Turmeric Shots

Wellness shots are now mainstream. What used to be a traditional homemade apothecary medicine is now available at grocery stores. Some are affordable and some are just ridiculously expensive. There are different recipes for wellness and immunity shots, however, I always love just the basic anti-viral and anti-inflammatory ingredients like lemon, ginger, honey, and turmeric.

If you want to be fancy, you can buy individual bottles from Amazon like these bottles (affiliate link): 2 oz Glass Bottles with Funnel or you can just use a mason jar and good 'ole measuring spoon. We have use mason jars and Kombucha bottles along with a measuring shot glass like this: Shot Glass Measuring Cup. We just did not have enough fridge space for individual glass bottles.

This budget wellness shot recipe is not only cheap but it also full of benefits for your gut and immune system. You do not need to buy organic. Let me know if you have a tried-and-true recipe for immunity shots that always work for when you are sick or about to get sick. I would love to try it!
