Easy Crockpot Meatball Subs - A Bountiful Love

Easy Crockpot Meatball Subs

I absolutely love how simple, delicious, and affordable this recipe is! I shopped at Aldi, and this meal cost me less than $10. It fed my family of four (my husband and two teens) with leftovers. Leftovers are packed for my husband's lunch the next day. You can cook this on a crockpot (low for 5-6 hrs or high for 4 hrs) or an Instant Pot (10 mins).

 Ingredients:

Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
1 package of frozen meatballs (I used Aldi's, 32oz)
Sub sandwiches or French roll sandwiches
Mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced)
Marinara sauce.

Directions:

I have prepped this recipe as a freezer meal.  If prepping as a freezer meal for later use, simply mix all the ingredients in a freezer Ziploc bag. Do not forget to label the bag. You can grab the recipe card below the post.

Mix all the seasonings. Place the frozen meatballs in the crockpot. Serve on a sub or a French roll.

Serve with your favorite chips and fruits. This is also great with pasta!
