This is an absolutely delicious dinner. Easy to put together, and it is budget-friendly. This recipe is a perfect freezer meal. Just throw all the ingredients in a freezer Ziploc bag. The Asian in me wants to eat this Chicken Bacon Ranch with rice, but serving it on a bun is perfect too!
Ingredients:
1 cup Ranch dressing or 1 package of cream cheese
1 packet of ranch seasoning
1 cup Bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheese.
Chicken breast or boneless chicken thighs
Hamburger buns
coleslaw mix
coleslaw dressing: mayo, ACV, sugar, salt, pepper.
Directions:
Place the chicken breast in the crockpot and add the seasonings, bacon, and ranch dressing (cream cheese if using). Shred the chicken after 4-5 hours or 6-8 hrs of cooking.
Serve with buns and coleslaw.
