1 - 2 lbs sliced ham
8 oz pineapple chunks ( reserve the juice)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground ginger
You'll need : toothpicks
Soak your toothpicks with water so they don't burn.
Drain pineapple chunks, reserving the juice.
Make your marinade by combining the soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and reserved juice.
Cut or fold your ham ( your choice-- I did cut my ham in half and folded it. I used Farmer John) . Place your ham and pineapple on skewers. Marinate for 2 hrs. Save some marinade for basting.
Grill until heated through or until the marinade caramelize. I used a grill pan and it turn out good as well.
There you go..I did say it's easy right?
