15 Charities That Help and Support Children - A Bountiful Love

15 Charities That Help and Support Children

When I was younger and single, I never thought about children in need. Yes, I feel bad for unfortunate children but I never stepped up and never came out of my comfort zone. Now that I have children of my own, it does open up a whole new level of awareness in your heart. It pulls on my heartstrings in many ways. While there are a lot of nonprofit charities to support, I've compiled a few and provided the links so you can read more information on how to help.

What a better way to teach our children what Christmas is really about . That Christmas is not just about receiving  and that we do not have to wait for Christmas to bless someone. Imagine how we obsessed about the kind of food we feed our children, while some kids don't even have something to eat. How we have to shop for another pair of shoes because it is on sale while some kids don't even own one. How we fill up  our trees with so many gifts for our children, that we unconsciously teach them what Christmas is not about. Do you know how much will it affect an unfortunate kid receiving a present on Christmas? You are giving them great joy... that at least for once a year..they get a new outfit or a new toy.

This post is NOT an affiliate post . This post is to reach out to you,  that this Christmas lets give love to children who are in need.  Remember too that the most important gift we can bless them with  is the gift of prayer.

  1. What a great list! It can be so overwhelming trying to decide where you should donate money, especially when you hear of charities that are somewhat shady. I'm bookmarking this for future reference!
