How are you all? I am sure that y'all had a great Christmas break with your family. If you are like me, you are still finding places in your house for all those gifts that your kids got. Or maybe you can't wait to get back into your healthy eating and working out routine. Hubs and I took a work out break, I know it sounded counter productive but we decided on taking a step back and focusing on being present. There was just so much going on during the holidays. After all, it was just a few days.
We got back on our workout yesterday, and started the round one of 21 Day Fix. We finished Insanity last September and will start it again after the fix. I must tell you though, it sucks when you stop working out even just for a few days! It's like starting all over again, on my very first day that I decided to work out. Sore? Oh yes!
