Don't they look so enticing ? They are very gooey and ...YUMMY. They are very easy to make. If you prefer low sugar bars , you can reduced the regular granulated sugar with splenda .
Ingredients:
1 cup butter , Softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
11 oz package of Snickers, fun size Peanut butter
1 cup Butterscotch Chips
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a lined 9x13 cookie sheet.
Chop the snicker bars. Just resist eating 'em..promise the end result is worth it!
Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
Beat in eggs , Vanilla , flour , baking soda and salt.
Stir in chopped Snicker pieces.
Mix the bowl of goodness
Spread the mixture in prepared cookie sheet
Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top
Bake for 20 minutes
Let it cool and cut with greased knife
and...
