Healthy eating, for example, is one aspect of healthy living that most people struggle with as it can be at times costly even though the benefits outweigh the cost. A randomized clinical trial studied the effects of aromatherapy (orange EO) to the pain and vital signs of patients with fractured limbs. It's been over a year since we started using EO in our home. Most of the mainstream EO products/companies are MLM (multi-level-marketing). It can get very expensive! Eventually, I found a non-MLM company and the majority of their oils are affordable. In fact, I have nothing to complain about. The only drawback I have is navigating the recipes and tools needed.
