Yay for a low calorie and homemade bars! I found this yummy recipe over at Skinny Mom. I love that this delicious no guilt treat has 183 calories per bar. It is a perfect grab and go snack. I'm sure that all of the ingredients are already in your pantry and you can certainly make this in a jiffy.

3 very ripe bananas
2 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup Silk unsweetened Almond milk
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup All natural peanut butter
1/3 cup chocolate chips ( preferably dark, I used semi sweet)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine the oats , brown sugar , baking powder , cocoa powder , peanut butter and salt. Mix it until incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer to your prepared baking pan.
Bake for about 15 to 2O minutes. Let it cool and cut into bars.
It is very satisfying and yummy!! The sweetness is not over powering. Just the right amount of sweet to satisfy your sweet tooth.
