One of my favorite cuisine is Korean. I love the aroma and simplicity of the recipes.
Ingredients:
6 bone-in pork chops
6 garlic cloves, chopped
2/3 cup orange juice
1 cup orange marmalade
6 tbsp, low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
5 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp sesame oil
Optional:
3 cups snap peas
4 oz angel hair pasta or small broken noodles or rice noodles or buckwheat noodles.
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions:
In a bowl, combine orange juice, marmalade, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Whisk it all together,
Place the pork chops in a large Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade. Put the chops in the fridge and marinate for at least an hour. I marinated mine overnight.
Heat your grill pan and grill the chops. Make sure to reserve the marinade. Grill until thoroughly cooked. In a small saucepan boil the reserved marinade for about 7 minutes. If the sauce is too runny, you can add a tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of water. This is entirely optional to serve with the chops or you can mix the sauce with the pasta or rice noodles
For the side: Boil a pot of salted water, cook the peas for about a minute. Add the pasta to the same pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Drain and toss with the cooked marinade. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

NOTE: If you have an air fryer, you can use that as well!
Serve the chops with the noodles or rice.
Yum! I live in a small midwestern town, so there are no Korean restaurants near by. However, everything I have tried that is Korean, I have loved. I need to try these!
