I believe that our past experiences are a gift. While not all of it are precious to look back to, past experiences leads our future. We have a choice to move forward and to not let painful past experiences define us or we can let those painful memories change us in a bitter way. We also have a way of hiding from them instead of facing our past. We burried them deep inside our hearts without knowing the impact of the pain in our daily lives and interaction.
